Hey,

What kind of questions should I ask from the buyer before getting the order? like should I ask for quickbook software user name password, license key or quickbook online credentials from client? what if client want and extra work like extra financial reporting in excel, even though i have mentioned in the and its charges but client ask for free than what should i do?

Don't ask for a password. You need only the user access in QuickBooks.

Have you considered either telling them how much more that would be, or saying no? Am I missing something?
