Hello everyone, I have reached all the requirements for Top Rated Badge. Unfortunately, I didn't get the Top Rated Badge yet. Do I need to contact customer support for Top Rated Badge or Fiverr will automatically give me the Top Rated Badge?

Please let me know what you think guys. Really appreciated. Thanks

You can find all information about Top rated seller in less than 1 minute in the Fiverr helpfiles.

Above article will give you an idea about the process of achieving Top Rated Seller level.

In general, you can search the Fiverr helpfiles by simply clicking the "?" icon on the Top-Right corner of your Fiverr Dashhboard, and then clicking the "Help Center".

There you can search on any topic/policy/guidelines etc.

It's a manual process. Fiverr's team checks and if you fulfill their own requirements, you will become a TRS. I've been nominated for TRS every month for 5 years now and never became one. So the truth is that you may never become a TRS, or you may become one next month.

Why? Aside from the badge, seller plus gives you pretty much the same TRS benefits. Also, I know why I am not getting the TRS badge, because my prices are extremely affordable and low, whereas most TRS charge $15-$20 as the basic price or more. There's nothing to talk about and I am certain that a badge won't make or break my business. AI on the other hand, that's a problem.

Congratulations on meeting all the requirements for Top Rated Seller! 

You don't have to contact with Customer Support. Its a manual process, Customer support team will review your profile on various metrics and based on that they decide.
