Every so often I recieve a message asking; 

Hi there Nice to meet you I need your help', 'hi', 'hello' etc. and then proceeding with 'do you want to earn the mo..ney out of here?' or contact me on Telegram / WhatsApp for more Information.

You can block or report the account already I believe, but another way for the sellers to easily get the account suspended/removed would be to simply to 'tag' @fiverr support into the message box. 

This could send an alert straight to the monitoring team, which could then look to see if the account is a fake/bot/scammer 

An easy suggestion for Fiverr Support to get rid of scammers/bots and fake profiles
