Stop using message templates

Don't use templates for messages please.

I did that when I was selling. Now I'm buying and it's totally annoying and unprofessional. 

I don't even read those when somebody sends me :)

Actually, I used this for the first conversion, and it really helped me connect with the customer, despite the fact that I use only on my first communication!
