There is a top banner with a link that goes to profile. But I am curious to know what it is? or How to add dev languages?

Please read that carefully. Just add your dev languages in the skills section. 

(Fiverr search results will include dev languages soon "so make sure to add all of yours under your profile skills." )

If you know a more then two language then you can select thes, its help to get new buyers who's know thes language.
