I hope this message finds you well. I have been experiencing a problem for the 

past two weeks with my gigs on the platform

. Specifically, my gigs' impressions have been showing as zero, and 

my promoted gigs are displaying as "not eligible

I have reached out to customer support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem

. I am hoping that someone can provide some insight into why this may be happening.
