Horrible support, account closed for some alledged reason

As a long-time seller on this platform, I understand the importance of maintaining a positive reputation and providing top-notch services to clients. That's why it's frustrating and disheartening to be falsely accused of buying my own gigs to improve my ratings, resulting in my account being wiped off the platform.

Despite my efforts to reach out to customer support, I have not received the help I need and deserve. Their responses have been automated or unhelpful, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. As a result, I'm now turning to the community for help.

I'm sharing my story in the hope that it will shed light on the challenges that some sellers face on this platform and prompt Fiverr to review its policies and improve its support for sellers. I want my account back and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to clear my name and regain my reputation.

Question: Did you really do it? Means bought fake reviews for yourself?

I get why you ask, and I can assure you I would never do anything to hurt the platform. So no, I did not do it.. but it is my word against theirs and they keep telling me the action is irreversible. So I suppose my career here on Fiverr is done and I will have to look somewhere else.

Unfortunately I just got done mailing to an actual person, saying the same thing as always. That they have "thoroughly" reviewed my account again and say it is not possible to regain access to my account. When I ask the question of being able to start over, they just close my ticket with an automated reply 😄. Great service and such amazing support for someone that has been on their platform for over 5 years.

You must have done something that's why it happened. Fiverr never disable any account for no reason.

Anyhow, definitely they will close your ticket because creating a new account (second account) is a violation of TOS.

Well I know for a fact I haven't done the thing for which my account is closed, just some clarification and more info would help. I don't get why they just don't help me once.

Like I said, Fiverr never disables account for no reason. If they have detected your activity i.e. fake reviews etc. then that might be the reason.

I get that that is the reason they closed the account, I am simply saying I didn't do it. I contact them and they don't give me answers or any reason as to why the account was flagged in the first place.
