My Response rate is going down for no reason?

It’s at 88% as of right now and it’s going down. Why is it doing this? I respond to all people and even though I haven’t had anyone in my inbox for a couple of days my response rate still went down. Why is this?

check past messages, you might have skipped someone who wrote to you and you did not respond. If not then contact support and explain the issue, they might help with this 👍

Thanks for the reply, although I did reply to everyone. Somehow my response rate is magically at 100% now, as soon as I made this post. Don’t know what that’s about.

I'm having the same Issue, response rate keeps going down even when I get no messages. I've checked all conversations, and everyone got a reply. Did you ever find out what happened in your case? I've opened a request with support with hopes they might help.
