Living in Orlando means Iâm just a quick drive from world-famous theme parks. And yes, I take full advantage! Whether Iâm sampling seasonal snacks, speed-walking with an iced coffee in hand, or hopping on a coaster (only if the waitâs under 45 minutes!), the parks are my happy place.
So are oddly specific obsessions. Right now? Kermit the Frog. No clue why. Iâm also forever obsessed with the Oscar-snubbed movie, National TreasureâŚNicolas Cage stealing the Declaration of Independence? Iconic. And a few times a year, I somehow survive a 5k or 10k with my sister. Not because Iâm athletic (Iâm not), but because itâs fun to surprise yourself.
And thatâs kind of the point, isnât it? Growth usually starts with something unexpected. Whether itâs running a 10k, embracing a frog fixation, or navigating a shifting creative industry, what matters is showing up with curiosity. That mindset drives how I live and how I work.
What I Do and Why It Matters
One of my favorite quotes I share with freelancers is: âPeople join peopleâ. And behind every successful Gig is a human connection, and building a business is about more than just metrics: itâs about trust, personality, and showing up authentically. Thatâs what I love most about being a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, I help creatives navigate change, whether thatâs Gig strategy, pricing, mindset, or adapting to new tools. My focus? Helping freelancers think like business owners and build long-term, sustainable success. I mainly work with sellers in Music & Audio and Video & Animation, two fields evolving fast with AI.
In my four years at Fiverr, I work closely with Voice Over Artists and Video Creators who are incredibly talented but understandably concerned about where they fit into this changing landscape. The truth is, AI can be a powerful tool! Some of the available tools out there can help with script generation, idea brainstorming, and managing workflow, freeing sellers to focus on what only a human touch can bring: nuance, emotion, storytelling, and presence.
Together, we can lean into those uniquely human strengths. Sometimes that means refining Gig positioning to highlight warmth and versatility. Other times, itâs mindset shifts, and reminding sellers that buyers value real connections over just the cheapest or fastest option. And sometimes, itâs simply being there to celebrate wins or navigate challenges.
Thereâs no one formula for success, but progress comes from small, intentional shifts and staying open to new ways of growing.

Spotlight: Darren (aka Daniac)
One of the sellers Iâve had the pleasure of coaching monthly is  Darren : a hardcore rapper with a sharp sense of brand and business. Heâs a Top Rated Seller whoâs really carved out a unique space for himself in Music & Audio. Whether heâs delivering high-energy rap features or lending his voice as a sports announcer, Darren brings passion, professionalism, and personality to every project. Over the past year and a half, Iâve seen firsthand how consistent effort and openness to feedback can lead to real growth. Darren has doubled his monthly revenue and steadily increased his performance and level status, all while staying true to who he is as an artist. Heâs also expanded within the Voice Over and Singers & Vocalists subcategories, proving that versatility doesnât mean losing focus, but rather finding new ways to connect with your audience.
What I admire most about Darren is that heâs not afraid to evolve. Heâs exploring tools like Fiverr's Personal Assistant feature, discovering how AI can enhance his creative process, not replace it.
