  1. Hi, as a Fiverr seller I am using Fiverr app (Android) for years. There is a Withdraw option at the top-right corner on the Earnings-Details screen of the Fiverr app. But if I tap on the Withdraw a popup appear saying... //Enable in-app withdrawls Head to desktop to make your 1st withdrawal. All future withdrawals can be made right here. Go to Fiverr.com > Earnings to make the withdrawals.// So that, I need to use web-browser to withdraw fund every time. Do you have any idea about this issue or fix? Thanks in advance! Arijit
  2. Hi there! For the past 3 weeks, I have been unable to withdraw my funds via Bank Transfer. I did my last withdrawal about a month ago, and now for some odd reason, when I try to initiate a withdrawal, a pop-up window opens, which states that I am "trying to add a new withdrawal method." As I said, I already had a Bank Transfer (via Payooner) account linked to my Fiverr account. I contacted customer support a couple of weeks ago, and they tell me on a daily basis that the relevant team is still working to solve this technical issue. Has anybody experienced something similar? PS: I suspect the reason for this technical bug is the "new feature" (rainbow-colored circle) which, when added to the bank transfer button, reset it, and removed the existing info?
  3. I am new in fiverr. Actually I don't have any bank or related account yet. If I get paid by buyer(s), Will it be stored in my fiverr account? Furthermore, If I add a Mastercard after a year later, will fiverr accept it and pay me my earned money then?
  4. I started my Fiverr account and it was quite difficult to get first order. I waited for months for my first order and then I started getting orders. I made some earnings and 5 out of 5 ratings. The problem started when i tried to withdraw my earnings as it said incorrect mobile number (i think i might have put 1 wrong digit as the last digits are correct). I tried to change my number but there i have to put my old phone number. i contacted Fiverr customer support and they said they cant help me. I even told them i can show them proof of my identity or any other documents they want, but still nothing. Worst experience at Fiverr. Wasted my days of waiting and hard work. Really don't know what to do.
