Hello Community, a week ago a client booked my website development service without any personal conversation he bought my premium service. and also drop the requirements. The next day we started developing and needed more information on the project but the client does not respond so we skip that part and continue developing after a week the website is fully developed but the client is still not responding. unfortunately, the website is on my server. I remain with two option: 1. I can mark the order complete and wait for the client to respond so I share, his website file/data 2. Or contact the Fiverr team to cancel the order { but it cost us time and money } please help me out

I don't want service reviews from buyers. I always leave it up to them. There is a question: If I don't get a review after completing an order, is there any adverse effect? (Note that: I've completed 50 orders and I got 27 reviews. 🙂 )

Hi, This is my gig: https://www.fiverr.com/romatiberius/create-youtube-gaming-thumbnails-using-canva I want to know, what is it that I'm doing wrong here? Is it the pricing? Is it the description? Or have I not done good research and there are better creators out creating better than the stuff I have? I've been reading some of the great advice given here to market your gig, but where do you market it? Twitter? Youtube? Or does it depend on any individual process of how a seller chooses to advertise his product? Please advise, Thank you.

Hello, I've been trying to connect with customer support for a week. Instead of responding to my problem, they keep marking the problem as solved. I have had one cancelation in the past 60 days after competing five other orders yet my rate is sitting at 60%. When I ask why my rate keeps dropping instead of increasing, no one has an answer. This is making me want to cancel my account.
