Hi, I am HD, I often find myself in troubles in order pages. When the buyer sends a message, I get a quick floating message. Now that is cool, I agree. However, the tab I am in does not update the latest message(s) I received. I have to waste time and effort of manually refreshing the order page, JUST TO SEE THE MESSAGE I GOT! Now how would say that's a convenient way? I do not know much about security of website designing work and complexity. But, is that a hard thing to implement? Why only the inbox chat is REAL TIME? I am concerned of this due to a few reasons: I regularly communicate I regularly update I regularly use order page This is why I ran into accidents too, buyer have sent me the details. On the other side, it's me who is waiting dizzy on 2 in the morning!!! 🤣🤣
