  1. Hi, I am HD, I often find myself in troubles in order pages. When the buyer sends a message, I get a quick floating message. Now that is cool, I agree. However, the tab I am in does not update the latest message(s) I received. I have to waste time and effort of manually refreshing the order page, JUST TO SEE THE MESSAGE I GOT! Now how would say that's a convenient way? I do not know much about security of website designing work and complexity. But, is that a hard thing to implement? Why only the inbox chat is REAL TIME? I am concerned of this due to a few reasons: I regularly communicate I regularly update I regularly use order page This is why I ran into accidents too, buyer have sent me the details. On the other side, it's me who is waiting dizzy on 2 in the morning!!! 🤣🤣
  2. I’m unable to see buyers’ messages in the order chat when I check the mobile app (currently on iOS 15.2.1). Switching to Safari or Google on mobile site is fine, and so is the desktop version; but the mobile app only shows my replies/messages - buyer’s messages are not showing up. Note: I’ve updated to the latest app update, my iOS version is up to date, and I have restarted my phone several times; problem is still recurring.
  3. Today! I got a notification that your buyer left 7 comments on order file, But when i opened it up, there are no comments, as delivered video can be played but can't for comments page for it! Now asking buyer again and again to send the comments in conversation could be irritating! anyone else had these issues? my niche is explainer videos and delivered file was a video! Help if somebody knows how to check the comments
