I had an issue with a client the other day, the buyer fully approved my order and left a beautiful review with a 5-Star rating. After that the buyer asked in the chat box for a revision that had to be charged (only $5). The client went mad for just no reason and wanted her money back. I stated that even if I wanted to do a refund, I couldn't, and that she had to ask CS to do that. Anyways, the client went to CS, they gave her full refund, and for some reason my review went from a 5-Star review to a 1-Star review. I did my job as always, my CS was very patient and kind, the client was satisfied with the delivery, the buyer gave me a 5-star rating. Then asked for a refund and changed the review to a 1-star. Is that possible?
I am from Pakistan and my client is from India. We are working since January. But some days ago, My client was placing a new order. But he was unable to place due to some error. Fiverr was showing some fail alert we checked but everything was fine. Yesterday again the same thing happen with my other client. I want to know is there some glitch between Pakistan and India users? Kindly reply fast.
Guys Plz Considered Carefully Plz :(( When i Got New Order On Fiverr in laptop For example order of of 2 days suddenly it become 1 day in laptop . In Mobile The Time is Ok i also correct the time of browser but i dont know it is a glitch or some thing.. And Also Tell me 2nd thing that what is delivering on time rule means Customer Support Says Your first message is a start . I did not understand this Plz Explain me this little.
