  1. Hello Friends! My name is not showing online when I search for ONLINE SELLERS with appropriate rank, region and language on particular GIG (Even after I switched on my ONLINE STATUS). If I search normal (without selecting Online Sellers) my name is showing. I approached Fiverr Customer Care. I am not getting proper answer. Is anyone can answer me why it is happening? Additional Info: My APP shows I am online... But, when I search my GIG on desktop, it is not showing as I am online.
  2. Bug Description: I want to see my client profile who have not been active for the last five years. I notice that the user profile shows online status. Step to Reproduce: Open your browser and go to https://www.fiverr.com/ Login with your username and password Go to any client's profile Observe the error, showing online but this client is not opened Fiverr last five years. Expected Result: Online section should be hidden while the user is not browsing Fiverr.
  3. Hello everyone! I'm facing an issue with my fiver gigs. I remain online from my pc and mobile. When I search for my gig and click it, it shows online with Green Dot. BUT whenever I select for ONLINE SELLER FILTER from my another browser, my gigs don't show there. It means buyers are not seeing me online. Please tell me the solution of this problem. THANKS!
  4. I can't find my gig online when I filters it to online sellers and am actively working on my mobile app. So am actively on fiverr but yet my gig didn't show among online sellers. When I contact support, the issue will be fixed but few days later it will repeat itself. Am tired of contact support all the time. Pls what can I do
  5. Hi there, If you have low response time or fiverr gigs ranking is going down such as clicks. there are two reasons. 1. Your are not using online/offline status when online or offline Step1. Goto profile>settings Step 2: Set online/offline status 2. You are not sharing your business on social media. Start sharing gigs will permote your business.

  8. It's been two month after my first order. I didnt get a review. zero clicks and impression are also low. I gave my 10 hours per day but no single order not even message or click. I dont really understand fiverr now. Sharing on social platforms doesn't work for me. when will I get an order or how can i get ? 😞
