I offer Pinterest Management services. I have a client that ordered a monthly package. They work for a brand and are extremely specific with their requirements, which is fine. The deadline for this service is 12 days. It is listed as 12 days because I need the full 12 days to complete the work. The client stopped replying to my messages for four days, meaning that I was extremely limited in being able to complete their work. On top of that, the client requested I get their permission with each change I want to make to the account, which would be fine if they answered my messages. After four days they responded that this wasn't a priority compared to other tasks and that they were busy. I since haven't heard from them, so I have requested a four day extension, which they have ignored, and I have completed the order as much as I can without their input. There is just under 24 hours left on the deadline. I've done as much as I can, but I am worried I will get a bad review because of this order. Additionally, what can I do to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for reading!

Buyer Not Responding After Delivery I got a message from a buyer on 27th September. After the talking he ordered my Gig. I delivered his order on time(30th September). He requested a revision on 1st of October. I delivered my revision on the same day(October 1st). He said that he couldn't download his delivery so he asked me to Mail his Order to his mail account but I didn't because it goes against Fiver Guidelines. After that he didn't respond. Now It has been 3 days no respond from him. I didn't receive my money yet. My order is still on Delivered Status. Please someone help me with this circumstance.

Hi there, hopefully you all are having a wonderful day. In August 25 , 2021 I have received a order from a client, for 2 logo + additional 2 business card services. I have made these businesses card and logos as he has instructed but he is not providing me enough feedback to complete the project. It's been 6 days I have trying to get a response from him but no progress . Although he accepted my time extension request twice in the meantime yet didn't provide any feedback ! I know I am a new seller on fiverr also lots to learn , I really not good at handling such situations . Requesting help from you guys. Please give me best suggestions according this situation. Order deadline is about to close tomorrow. Regards Asif

I sent an offer to make the buyer a website and convert to a Shopify store. I built the website and was waiting for their approval before converting to Shopify store but they changed their mind on a few things. I was happy to change them and now I am waiting for approval before I go any further. It's been over 3 days since they last messaged and order is due today! I've extended time twice before (+7 days and +5 days) because they are so slow to reply but I'm unsure if I have the energy to continue. My question is this - What can I do to hurry them up? I' rather not cancel the order as I have invested a number of hours into the website, but I'm going to get marked as late in 7 hours time.
