I am an MS student at Riphah International University, Lahore, Pakistan, currently working on my thesis on mental, emotional and psycho-social challenges faced by gig workers around the world. As you are aware, there is an increasing prevalence of participation in platform work (e.g. Uber, Foodpanda, Fiverr, Upwork, Amazon Mechanical Turk, etc.) in recent times.
