  1. A seller that I had ordered photos from exposed my business to over $100,000 in fines after providing me with work that she shot of herself in February and March 2022- THREE MONTHS before I had even contacted her, in June 2022. The first case I opened was closed without comments. The second case, same thing happened. I also reported her to Fiverr Buyer Support and provided EXIF data but no resolution has been reached- Zohan, the shift manager, has left my case open for quite some time now. Now I am out $144. What is the best course of action that I should pursue? Is there an internal escalations team that I can contact to proceed? 2. The customer place the order without any communication. And them send me the illegal content to publish in media, so I have to cancel it. My order is canceled under such circumstances, so I would like to reach out to Customer Support to remove the effect of the cancellation on my account.
  3. I ordered food delivery website and apps (customer and driver) initially seller was so prompt to my work. Within few days she delivery my website and told me to accept the delivery. When I did the testing everything was good with website and I accepted the delivery, I was happy too. After 2 days she tried to delivery app which not on live. She was pushing my to accept the delivery even the apps were not on live. I had to challenge with her and rejected the delivery, she was not happy with my rejection, again and again she pushed me. I didn’t agree with her. While app was putting to play store I had to order another app( owner app) now problem started from here, when I order the owners app she was but reluctant to accept the order and told her if she is interested or not at last she said she is more capable to develop the owner app but needs to add grocery and medicine selling features and finally accepted. it was not adding the feature, he plan was to change whole website to build owner app. So without my consent she had taken down my previous website and put the current website, www.web.food-grid.com as soon as I order the owner she delivered again owner app, this time she wanted me to accept order even knowing app is not on live. I accepted because she said delivery and times of revision is just a formality, so I accepted. but when the android apps are on live none of them are functional because the website has a problem. She has put the rubbish website in place of my previous functional website just to ease her to develop owners app. now, she doesn’t want to work on to fix the bugs not even responding on time because I have already paid her. I have one last order with her that I have rejected in revision. she is trying to delivery that too without functional. I am not happy with her because she only tries to deliver non functional apps and try to take my last order. I want to recover previous paid orders and cancel all the orders, how can I do that? Is it possible to recover my money ? Please help me.
  4. Today's dilemma? Dealing with a buyer who is using a fraudulent 'purchased' account. They've essentially taken all of 30 minutes to look over a 10,000 word book, declaring that it is garbage and that there is nothing I can do to fix it. Incredible! 🤣 Looking at their reviews, they are all replications from either the same person, or containing similar wording. Can you say 'fake account!?' So what they've done is pay for an order, decline delivery under the false pretense that I didn't deliver on the proverbial goods, and they're probably going to sell it. Or worse - they were commissioned by someone else under a separate seller account, and they're trying to sub-contract the work when they can't even afford to. Utter nonsense. Sellers are stuck between a rock and a hard place, I tell you.
  5. Greetings, I got a buyer, (A buyer from UAE also a seller on Fiverr ), Said he wants 2 edited videos and both source files, I delivered them, and He rated them 5 stars. After 1 day he is now asking me to give his revenue back because He is unable to learn the basics of Aftereffects, so he cannot edit the source file. He is also offering me more projects in the future if I give his revenue back to him. What should I do now?...
  6. I haven't been on fiverr very long, but a week ago I came across a seller that had displayed work in his gigs from at least 23 different unaware artists; none of whom have fiverr accounts. Is that a common occurrence with non-vetted sellers and are vetted sellers vetted in that area?
  7. Hello A buyer contacted me on requesting a 24-hour turnaround on a gig. Which I agreed to and actually delivered in 12 hours and marked as delivered (as stated on my page) I didn't heard anything back from them and 5 days later, the gig is marked as cancelled THE BUYER CANCELLED THIS ORDER AND FUNDS WERE RETURNED TO THEIR BALANCE. At the exact same time, the order was marked as cancelled, I received an email from Fiverr stating: ------ You just got refunded for a canceled order Good news! Your revenues for the canceled order by X due to a dispute were returned to your account, without affecting your cancellation rate. You can withdraw these funds from your account after a safety period of 7 days. ----- On the app it also stated "You were compensated for your canceled order" I'm really unclear what's going on as it looks like the buyer issued as chargeback which was approved and at the same time Fiverr have said it wasn't valid and the money has returned. But it hasn't yet (maybe it will do in 7 days). It's just weird I received all the messages at the same time. (Obviously I know what the buyer has tried to do here but I'm not entering that at this stage)
