  1. I'm about to complete level 2 seller requirements and now I got the notification to verify my Fiverr account using ID card. I uploaded my Nation ID Card to verify the account but immediately I got the notification Submitted ID isn't supported. and Now I can't proceed. Whenever I open the Fiverr Verification Portal the white page appears and I'm unable to proceed. I even contact the Fiverr Customer Support and they don't even yet have anything to help me. They replied twice with the proceduce to complete the verification but the issue is the verification page doesn't appear correctly. I've attached the Screen recordings.
