  7. Is this possible? 1. Is this possible, fiverr will say and cancel your order by saying the job is not completed before you deliver a order to the buyer? 2. Is this possible, After agreed with buyer to work on certain things and after work 80% completed, the buyer if say he will dont accept the work if we work on these certain things that we agreed before, and fiverr will cancel order for that. 3. Is this possible, when you tell fiverr that he own violating his policies and canceling orders by supporting only Buyers and for that Fiverr will cancel your gig by saying a reasons, that is non-sense. A BIG YES, Aware, Fiverr can do this to anybody. All clarified here, Some days Before, 1st Buyer order with me for SEO work ( to do 250 Links) and send the requirements In INBOX, not in the Order requirements section, so the Order status was "INcomplete" not "Inprogress". But i started the work by inbox requirements. After some days the buyer order a 2nd order for any other work. As well started for 2nd project also. The day after he ordered 2nd project, he ask me about the 1st order status, I said him that all is working fine and all good. The day after one day, He ask me "There is still no links shown. I already stated him before order that links may take upto 1 month to index. But still in 10-12 days he ask me "where is 500 links?". Remember the Order was for 250 links and he asked me in 15 days that where is 500 links. I just said him "Hy, are you joking about 500 links", The order was for 250 links. Then the all things started, He said "I am Rude", "I took all his money and did not completed his work", "Cancel the order". I did not even not delivered the order, How can someone said "I took his money, and did not work as described and agreed (About agreement, i have a different story from 2nd buyer, sure check out after the 1st buyer story, How fiverr don't care about what we agree with buyer) ?" Now all Fiverr users tell me, I not delivered the work that we deliver by using Delivery button after completed the work, and How i took the money of the buyer and did not completed the work, What i did is contacted fiverr support and told him that i still did not delivered the order and the buyer saying after 80% of work that cancel the order, I am Rude because i said the order was for 250 links, not 500 links. And you know what fiverr told me "If the buyer is not satisfied with the work, they have the rights to cancel the order", and I tried all to tell support that i done 80% of the work and did not even deliver. How any buyer will unsatisfied for a undelivered order". You know What Fiverr did, He cancelled the both orders, 1st as well 2nd. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------' Now 2nd buyer at the same time of 1st buyer, Buyer and me discuss all and we agreed on a certain things. And we started the work as per the discussion and agreed with buyer. The order status was "InProgress" and we was working on the order as per the discussion. The order was for 15 days and 10 days passed we was working. In 11th day, when i ask the buyer for the next requirements that we was need to do the rest work 20%, He suddenly say to "He don't want the work as per that we agreed" He wants the work on a certain basis. He openly said "He will not accept delivery if we do as per we was agreed before the order placed. I tried to tell the buyer that how in the middle of work you can change the agreement and saying will not accept the deliver if we provide like that agreed. He told me if you can't, then we can cancel the order, No problem. See, the below screenshort, How he is openly saying, will not accept the delivery if we do that we was agreed. Before ORDER: In the Progress order after 80% work done: I told him we can do manually if need, They saying "Make Sense, Great idea", And then after 80% work done, he saying he will not accept manual work" Is this good?, The buyer is non-sense, told will not accept the delivery if we do as per agreement. I contacted Fiverr for this and told Fiverr support all with Screenshorts. Again You know, What Fiverr told: Hy, Bharat, We Understand some times complication occurs. And we cant force any buyer for any type. Just think if the order is suitable for extra work, otherwise you can cancel the order and forget about all". After some hours, Fiverr support cancel the order by no further notice to me and all my Order complete rate down . May the buyer contact them. Now what you understand, You agreement and your agreed words also no value. Fiverr is just a Buyer supporters. NO Agreed words, No Sellers hard work, No Followed to terms and condition, Only Own there own rule of Fiverr. This is what fiverr is, Just a wrose support and company. Yeah, One more things when i said Fiverr is a worse support and worse service providing. Fiverr cancel my best selling gig by saying a reasons. You want to know the reasons. "Ranking and boosting in Google is a violation of Fiverr guidelines", Yeah, the things is violates Fiverr policy, How?, See, Fiverr has 20+ categories of SEO service that is called Google ranking, Fiverr has 25000+ Sellers who provides Google ranking i.e SEO Service. My gig was running from last 2 years and today they found my gig violates the guidelines. Fiverr just lied me "that another company (Google) flagged for there policy violation, and that violation is Google ranking not allowed". You see, Google is flagged My GIG, Yeah Google not flagged 25000+ sellers who doing Ranking as me. Google flagged me. Let me tell you Google ranking is under the niche of "Digital Marketing<SEO Service". In Fiverr there is special category for digital marketing you can see in Fiverr's menu. But when i provide that digital marketing, it violates Guidelines of Google, Google Flagged my gig and fiverr did. What a beautiful story fiverr told me. Great.   8. I came to Fiverr with full efficiency and I have published three gigs with my services. I stay active for about 16 hours daily and send 5/7 buyer request. My impression is good enough after my gigs active Fiverr Authority, but the clicks are slight. I can't get orders directly from Fiverr without a buyer request?   11. Hi dear sellers, My Problem ⚠️ I open a ticket 3 month ago because I was facing a problem to see fewer buyer request and outdated too after achieving level one. I achieved level one in just 2 months and found all my clients through buyer request. Before getting level one buyer request working normal for me. CS Behaviour CS team responded to me, there is a technical problem with your account and our tech team will respond and resolve your problem. 3 months are passed but Fiverr Tech Team not resolved my problem yet or even respond and my ticket is still open. I just lose my business and I'm thinking to "SAY NO TO Fiverr" We are working on Fiverr and providing 20% fees for Fiverr maintenance and our account too. My questions are: 1) Is there anyone, who faces the same issue or same CS behaviour? 2) Is the Fiverr CS team careless to support sellers? 3) Who handles complaints after CS failure?
