For the past few days I have been unable to open and check my Fiverr notifications on my desktop account dashboard. Whenever I click on the bell icon, the page freezes/slows down and after a while I get an error at the top saying that the page is slowing down my browser. There are ways of getting around it and the notifications work perfectly on mobile, but seems to not work on desktop. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello, I'm using the Fiverr app on my smartphone but most of the time I didn't get any notification sound when buyer message, even Fiverr default notification sound is not working, I also tested using push notification, but it's also not working, just vibrating phone instead of any ringtone. one of my requests for the Fiverr team kindly improves the notification system with a strong alarm so that we can easily know when buyers message us. Is there any solution for this? I also tried changing the default notification sound, but it's also not working, kindly help me fix it. I lost some of the buyers only for this issue Thank you- 4 replies
