  1. Hello Everyone. I hope You are well. My name is Ariyan Shihab. And I’m a new member of this amazing community. Whenever I ask a question on this platform I get a lot of valid answers. Well, now I have a list of some questions. I hope I will get some valid and responsible answers . Here is the list of questions. (Gig Rotation ) is it true ? Or just a myth? I can’t find any edit options when I upload a video for Gig to set a Thumbnail. And that’s why I used to publish my gig first and then edit my entire Gig to set the video thumbnail. Here is the screen record of my problem Loom Video link Can you please give any solution about this problem How many times should I wait to check my gig performance ( number in days ) usually if our gig doesn't perform well, basically we do two things ( a ) Edit the Gig ( b ) Delete the gig and recreate it. Now Please give me a time frame on how many days I should wait to check my gig performance before deleting it. Any article or video do you want to suggest to improve my communication skill with my buyers? Any tips for creating gig video? If you don't want to answer all of them you can answer a single one. We ask that you please check once each time for updates on these requests. The second is that the buyer request feature is dependent on the buyers. If buyers do not submit requests to your department, you will receive fewer requests than usual. Also, I see that you are currently an unleaded vendor. Please be aware that each buyer's request has a limitation of 10 unselected seller's offers before the seller's opinion is removed. It also has an effect on the offers you see. To maximize the potential of this feature, I would urge you to check back once for updates on these requests and, if available, send offers to your customers. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Help Center and forums, where you can get a lot of tips / advice on different ways to get more sales.
  4. Hello. I've had my shares of buyers that are a pain or I don't want to work with. I've had some that insulted me for no reasons, but I simply don't care and just move on. But today, this situation was different. I had a buyer that messaged me about a week ago being intrested in my services. Normally I get these message daily and I don't expect a lot from it, its either I get a order or not. Buyer said she was interested but she said she needed some time to decide if she would buy from me, I get these all the time so I say "no problem no worries take ur time and feel free to message me whenever you like. have a good day!" So today (when posting this), the buyer messaged me back saying "I made a decision" since I had many people message me at once (about 5-6 people) i responded with "Cool" just that, nothing else, just "cool" like a "okay" as a notice. I didn't really know what to say because I couldn't really think what else to say. I mean okay that is cool you made ur decision? 5 minutes later, I open up the inbox with her. I have a whole paragraph on how unprofessional and how bad of a seller I am and then she proceeds to flex on me on how she has more orders than me while she has 1 review and I have over 60. (not to offend her). The reason why this was a way more different than a typical buyer that will give you pain is because she got offended and then proceeds to insult me over the most little thing. And unfournately, this is when the bad side of me came out. I unfournately said "I dont know what I did to offend you, I'm sorry if I did, but I dont understand." She then keeps on insulting me, so this is when my anger that I normally hide when dealing with customers comes out. I then tell her on how she is a horrible person and buyer and that I wouldn't work with her in the first place. I also told her "after that i'd never work with you never message me again". i naturally felt bad and upset I became this rude, because this wasn't normal of me. This was just frustration of a customer that just insulted me and it was in the moment. After that, buyer went on a rant on how she will report me and stuff, and how she will *make sure* to get my account banned and for me to never see the daylight of fiverr again. Who's in the wrong here? Am i possibly facing a warning/ban if the buyer fulfilled her threat? Am I in the wrong or did i do something wrong? Please let me know down below as I am accepting any feedback. Thanks!

  13. Hi everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. For some reason, I wasn't active on Fiverr for a couple of months. After coming back, I found that my Fiverr gig rank is completely gone. My gig impressions are getting down badly. So, After analyzing this situation, I completely edit my gigs and also added some new low competitive high demand gigs. I tried many things to increase my impression. But the result is zero. My gig impressions are getting down till now. Please help me to get back from this situation and suggest to me how can I get orders again like before. Thank you.

  15. Whenever you come up with a great idea about the marketplace, look at the profiles of other sellers in the same category to create gigs according to your skills. Why that person is at the top among thousands of people, what kind of image of that person has been used in the gig, how he has arranged his description, what kind of keywords he has used. After reviewing the above-mentioned topics, take a good note of them and analyze the suggested keywords of the topics you want to gig. Keywords that are relatively low in competition but have a good search volume, you can create a full gig by targeting those keywords. Don't go editing again and again after creating a gig unnecessarily. Here you have to test your patience. Try to stay online most of the time and do some marketing on social media that will help increase traffic to your profile. When you submit a proposal to the buyer's request, you will read the matter well. Never copy and paste. If you understand that the thing is a little late then read well then give the proposal. Whenever a buyer knocks on you, try to find out the details of his project and ask different kinds of questions so that the buyers are very happy and engaged. At the same time, you will be able to understand the project better. You should contact Fiverr Support immediately when you make a mistake or get into trouble. I have received maximum support every time I have contacted Fiverr Support. Stay active in the Fiverr Forum. By doing this you will get updates on various topics and find solutions to many questions.

  18. Is this possible? 1. Is this possible, fiverr will say and cancel your order by saying the job is not completed before you deliver a order to the buyer? 2. Is this possible, After agreed with buyer to work on certain things and after work 80% completed, the buyer if say he will dont accept the work if we work on these certain things that we agreed before, and fiverr will cancel order for that. 3. Is this possible, when you tell fiverr that he own violating his policies and canceling orders by supporting only Buyers and for that Fiverr will cancel your gig by saying a reasons, that is non-sense. A BIG YES, Aware, Fiverr can do this to anybody. All clarified here, Some days Before, 1st Buyer order with me for SEO work ( to do 250 Links) and send the requirements In INBOX, not in the Order requirements section, so the Order status was "INcomplete" not "Inprogress". But i started the work by inbox requirements. After some days the buyer order a 2nd order for any other work. As well started for 2nd project also. The day after he ordered 2nd project, he ask me about the 1st order status, I said him that all is working fine and all good. The day after one day, He ask me "There is still no links shown. I already stated him before order that links may take upto 1 month to index. But still in 10-12 days he ask me "where is 500 links?". Remember the Order was for 250 links and he asked me in 15 days that where is 500 links. I just said him "Hy, are you joking about 500 links", The order was for 250 links. Then the all things started, He said "I am Rude", "I took all his money and did not completed his work", "Cancel the order". I did not even not delivered the order, How can someone said "I took his money, and did not work as described and agreed (About agreement, i have a different story from 2nd buyer, sure check out after the 1st buyer story, How fiverr don't care about what we agree with buyer) ?" Now all Fiverr users tell me, I not delivered the work that we deliver by using Delivery button after completed the work, and How i took the money of the buyer and did not completed the work, What i did is contacted fiverr support and told him that i still did not delivered the order and the buyer saying after 80% of work that cancel the order, I am Rude because i said the order was for 250 links, not 500 links. And you know what fiverr told me "If the buyer is not satisfied with the work, they have the rights to cancel the order", and I tried all to tell support that i done 80% of the work and did not even deliver. How any buyer will unsatisfied for a undelivered order". You know What Fiverr did, He cancelled the both orders, 1st as well 2nd. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------' Now 2nd buyer at the same time of 1st buyer, Buyer and me discuss all and we agreed on a certain things. And we started the work as per the discussion and agreed with buyer. The order status was "InProgress" and we was working on the order as per the discussion. The order was for 15 days and 10 days passed we was working. In 11th day, when i ask the buyer for the next requirements that we was need to do the rest work 20%, He suddenly say to "He don't want the work as per that we agreed" He wants the work on a certain basis. He openly said "He will not accept delivery if we do as per we was agreed before the order placed. I tried to tell the buyer that how in the middle of work you can change the agreement and saying will not accept the deliver if we provide like that agreed. He told me if you can't, then we can cancel the order, No problem. See, the below screenshort, How he is openly saying, will not accept the delivery if we do that we was agreed. Before ORDER: In the Progress order after 80% work done: I told him we can do manually if need, They saying "Make Sense, Great idea", And then after 80% work done, he saying he will not accept manual work" Is this good?, The buyer is non-sense, told will not accept the delivery if we do as per agreement. I contacted Fiverr for this and told Fiverr support all with Screenshorts. Again You know, What Fiverr told: Hy, Bharat, We Understand some times complication occurs. And we cant force any buyer for any type. Just think if the order is suitable for extra work, otherwise you can cancel the order and forget about all". After some hours, Fiverr support cancel the order by no further notice to me and all my Order complete rate down . May the buyer contact them. Now what you understand, You agreement and your agreed words also no value. Fiverr is just a Buyer supporters. NO Agreed words, No Sellers hard work, No Followed to terms and condition, Only Own there own rule of Fiverr. This is what fiverr is, Just a wrose support and company. Yeah, One more things when i said Fiverr is a worse support and worse service providing. Fiverr cancel my best selling gig by saying a reasons. You want to know the reasons. "Ranking and boosting in Google is a violation of Fiverr guidelines", Yeah, the things is violates Fiverr policy, How?, See, Fiverr has 20+ categories of SEO service that is called Google ranking, Fiverr has 25000+ Sellers who provides Google ranking i.e SEO Service. My gig was running from last 2 years and today they found my gig violates the guidelines. Fiverr just lied me "that another company (Google) flagged for there policy violation, and that violation is Google ranking not allowed". You see, Google is flagged My GIG, Yeah Google not flagged 25000+ sellers who doing Ranking as me. Google flagged me. Let me tell you Google ranking is under the niche of "Digital Marketing<SEO Service". In Fiverr there is special category for digital marketing you can see in Fiverr's menu. But when i provide that digital marketing, it violates Guidelines of Google, Google Flagged my gig and fiverr did. What a beautiful story fiverr told me. Great.   19. I came to Fiverr with full efficiency and I have published three gigs with my services. I stay active for about 16 hours daily and send 5/7 buyer request. My impression is good enough after my gigs active Fiverr Authority, but the clicks are slight. I can't get orders directly from Fiverr without a buyer request?   24. The buyer gave me the order to make a catalogue something like an Australian passport.Not same. Where he will have business information. Now the order is complete he forgot to remove the mockup when he gives the review. Now he says to remove it from my portfolio. What can I do now? Please help. 😭 Feeling sad. please fiverr help..
