  1. I have been using Fiverr since 2 years and never faced any issue till now but today I am not able to see my orders on manage orders section in my android phone. I tried every possible solution (update application, clear cache and data, reinstall application) to solve it but I couldn't. Please tell me any solution to solve this.

  3. For the past few days I have been unable to open and check my Fiverr notifications on my desktop account dashboard. Whenever I click on the bell icon, the page freezes/slows down and after a while I get an error at the top saying that the page is slowing down my browser. There are ways of getting around it and the notifications work perfectly on mobile, but seems to not work on desktop. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
  4. My gig has been dry for the last month which is okay I don't mind. Last inbox conversation was in September. Apparently, during my 1 month of no orders I get a notification from Fiverr saying that my Level has been demoted. I check my required stats and my Inbox Response rate is at 50%, previously 100%. No new messages, no new inbox conversations or orders. I check my email for missed messages. Nothing. Nobody had contacted me to have caused this drop. I send in a ticket for Fiverr's support team and they tell me that I missed a message from this User who isn't in my Inbox messages. I know a few times I've gotten those scammy messages from random users asking you to give them a rating, they usually block me or I block them and that's it. I didn't recognize this name. I sent support pictures of my inbox that didn't contain that name. Is this just a bug? I'd rather not get potentially demoted twice for this.
  5. I have total 7 gigs and They were correctly SEO optimized and I was getting many impressions and clicks but After I verified my id all of my gigs are not getting enough impression and clicks. I think there is only way to delete and create gigs again.. Please help me in that

  7. Hi Everyone, It's been 6 years of journey in Fiverr. But I have a suggestion that may be helpful for sellers. I noticed that sometimes buyers buy gigs without contacting or understanding the project details. They don't see the gig details properly so the amount of work with payment differ a lot. At that time the only way for sellers is to cancel the job. But if you cancel the rating of Order completion will be decreased a lot that affects seller level. My suggestion is to please include a facility for the seller to accept/reject the task whenever a buyer purchases without contact. So both seller and buyer can understand about the task can be complete or not. I hope this will be very helpful for sellers to maintain level. Thank you
