  1. Evaluations happen today and I know that I’ll be demoted due to not having 90% on time delivery (I’m at 89%). My husband was in the hospital at the end of April and we found he was in heart failure. Life spiraled out of control for a few weeks and I missed several delivery dates, dropping my stat. I have been working like crazy to get my stat up, but it just hasn’t been enough. I just want to know how bad the demotion will be? I’m currently a top rated seller. Will I be demoted all the way back to no level? I’ve worked so so hard to get to this point on fiverr, I’m devastated that I’ll lose my standing. It feels like an extra kick when I’m already down. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
  2. Hey fiverr community, I am level-1 seller on fiverr. Actually before few months ago i couldn't work on fiverr because my health issue, so after that my account performance get down. But from the last month i restarted my work again on fiverr as a seller, i have done lot of efforts on marketing for my gig on social media accounts for getting more buyer. Now my main concern is that today i completed a order of 5$ and buyer give my 5 start rating, But still my account dashboard showing ( N/A rating ) while today i get 5 star rating with new order and there are also mentioned there that i need 4.7 rating over the course of 60 days. There are mentioned that my account will demotion because of (N/A ) rating, but i am unable to understand why my account will demotion when i have got 5 star rating today. Kindly guide me about this issue, thanks

  4. Hello Fiverr Community, I am Level 1 seller on fiverr and One of my client which was new on fiverr and don't know the procedures of fiverr platform.. I just deliver the completed task after the due date due to the client neglegence after 1 month before....... This cause of my order completion rate down now even 89 (Which is alarming)... Can I ask my client now to extend the completed order time even after completing the order before 1 month ago ... as He has not reviewed me yet and he got appologize me on message.... Is there any way to become my order completion rate to 90+ ..... Thanks for your precious time ....
  5. What happens after a level demotion with the extra gigs that do not meet the max gigs number of the current level? Will it be paused? If so, how will it be decided which ones? Will It be possible to rotate them, to pick which ones will be paused and which ones will be active? Or should I be forced to remove paused gigs?
  6. Hey! I'm a level 2 seller on Fiverr. I'm going on a vacation and I've set unavailability for a few months. I wanted to know does it affect the level superiority in anyway? If yes, is there any better way to keep things smooth? Thanks.
