Hey guys! Nice to meet all of you! I just started to work here, and have some problems, maybe somebody can help me 🙂 I didn’t attached my work to the portfolio when I sent it to customer. Is it possible to attach it now ? I see only his review and don’t see my work near it (( And the second question is, can I delete work near review, because customer doesn’t want to show it ? Thank you so much !
It says I can attach up to 5 files. I attached 2 (small files <30kb), it showed 2, but when I view the request after, there is only 1. The people responding are also making comments that indicate they only see one attachment as well. tried it a second time (thinking I may have only attached one the first time), also failed. I tried attaching 1 at a time, also failure. I tried attaching 2 files to a direct message and that worked fine.
Hi, I am new to Fiverr and I want to know if I set the "Get It In a form of" at the add a question stage, to attachment, will the buyer still be able to send free text? I am starting a gig of making business card designs and I want the buyer to be able to send in their own pictures. Thank you.
