Hi, when I view a certain message in my inbox the app crashes after approx. 5s. Messages from other users are fine.

Never use Fiverr Android app for Conversation to Clients. Always Use computer website for Conversation. Why? Reason is that Fiverr Android app does tell us warning and not show warning during chat with buyers. For example when we write "Payment" word on Android it will never show warning after sending this msg Fiverr Will restrict your account .Use Pc website for Chat to buyer. Thanks 😊- 9 replies

There are some things that bug me about the platform functionality. "Buyer has been waiting for an update for one hour!" My buyer waited 10 minutes for me to respond to their revision request yet I still had this notification in bold waiting for me. Even if they'd waited an hour, they'll live. Could this notification be a little less trigger happy? Appearing after 2-3 hours perhaps, or not at all? Has the bug that marks order deliveries as late if we need to add extras after the original delivery time has elapsed been fixed? If not, it REALLY should be. And if it can't be fixed then CS at least have to set back a sellers stats instead of telling them there's nothing they can do about it. Making seller stats suffer because of platform bugs is unfair and unprofessional. The app and the desktop site don't always communicate. If I check an order and order requirements in my app and later go on to the desktop, I have a notification telling me I have to check order requirements NOW. This really is just a minor thing, but add it to all the other minor things and it becomes irritating.

First things first, a small... DISCLAIMER: this is not a topic to discuss whether providing unlimited/no revisions is a good idea or not What I've found up to this day (and I have been a seller for a year and a half now) is that you can offer "unlimited" and "0" revisions only if you are sending a custom offer from the Fiverr mobile app. If you are doing the exact same thing from your PC, you will not be able to see those two options in the dropdown menu for revisions. My question is: Does that difference have a purpose? Or is it just an overlooked feature that was not ported from one platfrom to the other? Because, maybe I'm dumb, but I cannot wrap my mind around this (apparently) useless difference.
