My account beign reviewed to fiverr team and it's currently disabled

hi there, i'm a level two seller on fiverr. i was joined at 2018. i already completed lot of jobs. i'm working with multiple category such as android app development, web design & development, logo design, digital marketing, KDP book cover design, 3D modeling, 2D animation, structural building design and etc. yesterday i got an email from fiverr, please check below - Hi mahfuz07, This message is to let you know that our system disabled your Fiverr account for violations of our Terms of Service. As a result, your account is currently under review by our Trust and Safety team. During the period of the review, you will be able to complete your active orders. However, you cannot place or receive new orders and you cannot communicate with users, other than your Buyers/Sellers within an active order. This decision was taken after careful consideration and cannot be undone. Thanks, The Fiverr team please help me, how i can get back my account and what happend!! hope, i was never violate fiverr terms and services. and please let me know how long they will take to re-active or disable my account? thank you.- 18 replies

Im just open my new account, and want to start my journey as a skilled seller, and i want to provide my services to people, but fiverr surprise me, they told me that i can't be a member on their platform and i can't sell my services their! The account is new people, i add my phone number, my email, add all the information, but they told me that. I want to sell my services on this platform, please help!

Verification asks from Fiverr in my account and I verify with the passport I've only tried one. After a while I see my account disable without any reason. I can't even log in to my account and can't talk to customer support. What can I do?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding payment refund strategies. When my account was disabled, my pending clearance section contained a substantial amount. All of my earnings came from completed orders. I do not believe my account will be reactivated, and I received an email stating that I will receive a refund within 90 days. I would like to know whether pending clearance funds will also be refunded or only cleared funds. please assist

I'm new in fiverr. I have tried to verify my account with the ID and selfie, but it always asks me for a better photo. I have taken it in every possible way and I don't know what to do now. my account has been disabled. Can you guide me on how I should take the photos?
