I’ve been facing files uploading problem

Hi Everyone I’ve been facing files uploading problem
okay let’s talk the problem from the starting
We see two options ( “Upload work” and “Upload source file” ) when we deliver the final project to the buyer, so i uploaded all png and jpg files (which are 2 to 4 mb size) in the “upload work” section as i always do and also uploaded source file ( pdf and ai format) in “Upload source file” section and finally i hit the “deliver work” button and started delivered but it shows me I didn’t upload JPG and png files only source files are shown in the delivery

i don’t know what’s happening with me 😦 and i have also informed to support team about it and they issued me ticket number but still waiting for their response regarding this problem
