  2. Hello everyone, I want to share my story and some concerns I have. My name is Muhammad Iqbal, and I started using Fiverr in 2016 after finishing a course in graphic design. At first, I didn't get any orders, so I decided to improve my skills by taking more courses online and offline. Since I also studied software engineering, I really liked working in the UI/UX category. I got an internship with a company called The Nerd Camp, and after a few months, I got a job with a company called SMSAMI, where I worked for almost two years as UI UX Designer and where I got the title, "The Father of UI UX Design". Then, in December 2018, I decided to give Fiverr another try. Surprisingly, I started getting lots of orders, and within two months, I reached Level 1 and Level 2 status as a seller. I have achieved the top-rated status since 2021, and unexpectedly, Fiverr elevated my account to Level Two in June 2023 without any specific reason. I've always worked hard to make sure every order is perfect, and I've never received any negative feedback. With a 5-star rating, I've earned over $200,000 on Fiverr. This money has helped me support my family, buy a house, and even start my own team called Welldux, which focuses on UI/UX design. My goal is for Welldux to become a top UI/UX agency by the end of the year. I've always been loyal to Fiverr, and I've even convinced some of my offline clients to start using it. But about a year ago, my account started having problems. I tried everything to fix it, including upgrading to a Seller Plus account and getting help from a Success Manager, but nothing worked. Then, on April 18th, I got a shocking email saying that my account was disabled, some of my orders were canceled, and a meeting with a client was called off. Now, I have some questions for Fiverr: Is my eight-year career on Fiverr going to be ruined because of this? If there's any proof that I broke the rules, could you please show me? What should I do about the team I've built? Should I let them go? What about my regular clients who bring in $4,000 to $8,000 each month? Should I stop working with them on Fiverr? I'm waiting for your response and hoping for a solution to this problem

I am only online when I am working on my orders. b) I am not using social media c) I am not promoting gigs d) I am not using discounts or coupons e) I am not using SEO f) My gig images are not perfect g) Not all of my gigs have the preferred gig size. h) My gig descriptions are not perfect i) I am not using GIG extras. I only use custom orders. j) I am not using videos k) I am not showing examples in my gigs. I only show 30 examples in my portfolio.
  7. I think it's about time that Fiverr stops compressing the audio of gig videos to oblivion, with a crazy low pass or brick wall filter destroying the high end of the audio. The reason many of the people working in audio do not have a video uploaded is because of the low quality audio that will be displayed first and upfront if we add a video... Incredibly important for the audio category but of utmost importance specifically for those in the mixing/mastering subcategories because the high end can make or break a mix/master... Overall everyone would benefit from this fix, and I'm just surprised after waiting so long that this hasn't been changed yet... We should be able to retain 720p 256 kbps AAC video. NO LOW PASS PLEASE 🙏

  11. My English is not very good, I apologize for that. I joined Fiverr in January of this year. I spent some time (with tutorials) making my profile as good as possible and I also had trouble verifying my phone number. Then I was “unavailable” for a month because I got a very important job from somewhere else. But, except for that, I was very eager to get a job on this platform. For which, as I said, I tried to make my profile as good as possible and the Gigs too. And whenever I can I stay connected to the site, “refreshing” the page to appear “online” or connected as often as possible. I know that the problem that I indicated is that I only work for Spanish speakers limits me a lot. And I also know that if you don't have qualifications you can wait a long time until you have your first clients. The point is that it's been a while since I joined the Fiverr platform and in my country, there is a serious economic problem and I don't have a job, so I'm quite desperate. I wanted to ask anyone who can help me please, to review my profile and my Gigs to give me ideas on how to improve it or why I haven't gotten clients yet. It remains to be added that my statistics show very few “clicks” to my profile, only 2 per week out of 156 impressions. Well, thank you in advance

  17. Hello everyone, I am facing a problem with being online in Fiverr search results. I was not aware of this factor before. Still, that's when I knew that being online was important. So, I started monitoring my account and I found that I was online on my PC and also on my phone. However, it was not showing up in the Fiverr online filter. I tried checking other filters, and I was in other filters. But, I was not in the online filter. So, I'm very curious about it and before that, I checked a few months ago, and at that time the problem wasn't happening as I was showing online. However, at the moment I am not showing online in the online filter. I even cleared my browser cookies, and uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app. Also, I've cleared the browser history, and have the app and system online check box ticked. But still, it's not working. So please let me know what I can do about it?

  20. It doesn't matter if you are online or not. Fiverr won't show you differently to buyers if you are online. Yes, there is an online filter, but realistically no serious buyer uses that. If anything, those that want to see people online tend to rush, and they are the worst type of client. So I wouldn't worry about being online because, realistically, it does nothing when it comes to sales.

  23. Hello everyone! I'm facing an issue with my fiver gigs. I remain online from my pc and mobile. When I search for my gig and click it, it shows online with green dot. BUT whenever I select for ONLINE SELLER FILTER from my another browser, my gigs don't show there. It means buyers are not seeing me online. Please tell me the solution of this problem. THANKS!
