  1. Today I have received 10$ and 30$ tip! feeling great!
  2. So i recently got into learning pixel art, after years of working on photoshop, illustrator and procreate, and i have to say, it is a really nice experience, so much fun and its also kinda therapeutic, so i definetly recomend to give it a try. Im sharing this super helpful tutorial about canvas size, it helped me a lot to get in to the basics of pixel art. Its made by (pixel overload) i definetly recomend to check his youtube channel.
  3. So I've been getting a lot of tips on Fiverr from a lot of my recent orders (not that I'm complaining in any way, thank you universe for blessing me with this positive karma), and ever since the first tip I got I was confused (well, I'm not anymore, but I was then). It reflects on you earnings page as a regular order so the first time I didn't pay proper attention and thought they were just regular orders. Till it was time for payout and I saw my earnings wasn't complete and went back to check and realized the tip had a 20% cut taken from it. Now this isn't me raising a torch flag at Fiverr, but back when I went to look for resources that explained whether they take cuts on tips or not, I found nothing. Not even posts on it on the forum. (Which, p.s, niiiiice forum update! I haven't been here in a while and was surprise by the new upgrade. I like it very much! πŸ’•) After I got more tips from more orders I realized that this was just how things were and didn't think to question it. After all, anytime you even breath about Fiverr's commission fees, there's someone ready to rip you limb from limb and scream that "If you don't like it then leave!!!". Which isn't what I'm here to do. I just wanted to see what other sellers think about this. Do you feel it's perfectly all right to charge 20% for your tips since they provided the platform that facilitated the exchange of your services? Or do you feel no, it's kinda wrong, it's like a restaurant taking a percentage of the tips waiters earned while working there. I'm going Philly D with this and asking you what you're thoughts on the topic are and where you land on the spectrum? I'd love to hear from you! (If it turns out that they DID mention this "20% from tips" thing somewhere in the terms of service, and my monkey brain just didn't find it, then kindly just ignore this entire post.)

  11. When I was a New Seller 1.5 years ago, I always wanted to be more organized. I do remember having an excel sheet and writing buyers, packages they were purchasing, and most importantly, Gig Extras they were interested the most. I did have some formulas within an excel (semi-automatic), which helped me to easily calculate percentage of how many buyers purchase which tiers and extras. That way, I balanced my prices to earn as much as I can with less risk of losing earnings. However, I scraped this idea after half a year of working on Fiverr because of how busy I become and I didn't have enough time to keep the excel document up to date, so I no longer do that. I decided to delete it after some time. Just a brief story how I handled things back then that helped me succeed and reach higher levels quite fast. Not going to lie, I would love something like this to be automated and integrated within Fiverr's Analytics page, I think that'd be a win-win for both Fiverr and sellers to potentially optimize their prices without doing too much work. I would love to hear some stories from other sellers that did anything else in the past but now they don't. This doesn't have to be strategies, but any fun stories, other things as well!

  18. Hello. My name is andrewbux and let me explain my story. Recently about a day ago from posting this, my gig was doing good. It had 50+ reviews, was always on the first page and on the top, and I'll constantly had a other tab opened where I looked up in search the niche I'm in to see if others can actually see my gig. Every single time I refreshed the page it was in the first page and always at the top. Now, the niche I'm in isn't really any competive. It only has 14 sellers when you look it up so it isn't easy to not find your gig even if you never made a sale. Now, I went to go check on the page to see my normal check if people can see my gig. ^ The gig randomly disappeared out of no where. For me, I didn't do any changes. I didn't change the pictures of my gig, my description, anything. All the same. The same gig that was for a couple weeks. And then that one random refreshed page just made it disappear. I tried everything. And like I said before, this is more than likely a glitch. The niche I'm in isnt competitive and it only has 14 sellers. Theres only 1 page when you look up my niche. So how can this just possibly disappear without any changes to the gig? I then contacted Customer Support coming to them on how my gig just randomly disappeared from search with 0 change. I got a response back when I woke up, with the simple automated messages on how my gig was apparently "active" and how the fiverr search is. I also got told "If you look up the full exact name of your gig, you should be able to see it." I did exactaly that, and I couldn't find it. Not even on that 1 buyer account I made just to see if it shows up. I even looked on the online sellers category as I offer 2 different services but in the same niche, only one of them showed up, and the one that disappeared out of nowhere can't be found. What do you guys think about this? Am I overreacting? Is this a rare glitch? Is this normal to happen? Will fiverr even do anything about this? I would like to hear your opinions or anything you like to say down below. I appreciate you reading this forum and would be glad to hear what you say. Thank you and have a good day/night!
