  1. Fiverr just stole money from me! I accepted a custom offer and paid but fiverr is saying I didn't accept the offer even after just taking my money. I have lost $46 AUD and have no order ID to submit a request because it didn't bloody give me one. The hell is this!? What do I do!?

So i ordered custom Gig after long discussions of 2-3weeks finally i placed the order ,in the conversation i asked him about “EXTENSION” SELLER :what does that means , After that he delivered the custom GIG and it was “python script “ And Not A “Extension”And to setup Script it took more 2Weeks bcz sometimes I don’t have time and sometimes seller doesn’t have time After setting up Python Script i asked him “This is Not Extension “ It is Script” Seller : pay some extra “$” and i will make Script into Extension !! I paid again some $$ and it took him 4-5 days more after that to setup that extension more 1WEEK went and SELLER Is like This is Not possible to Make give Me Another Project i will manage your Money In that Project , I asked him What about Money that i paid for script, Bcz the script is Not Even working , Seller has Told me that he will fixed But it’s been 2 days he is Not Even replying To My Message (This whole Things Is about 2Months ) please suggest what should i do ,1) should i asked for Refund ? 2) leave 1 star ratting ? Please suggest

They also have a lot of experience as the top sellers, level 1 and level 2 have. they also have a hope to get the order on Fiverr and support his family and more financial problems. one thing that i am telling you is that I am not talking about myself. i am talking about all of the new seller. just enough thanks
  6. I'm fairly new to Fiverr and have accumulated a good chuck of change so far, and I want to be able to withdraw it. BUT the system wouldn't allow me to. Ill click the type of deposit link, Ill get the email, and when I click the link in the email, it just takes me to the home page. I tried contacting support (Still OPEN) and it's been almost a month. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, have you found a fix?
  7. Do I have a leg to stand on to ask for a refund when a seller has used illegal resources and nulled templates for my website? These Nulled websites contain malware and provides a threat to my clients website. He did not disclose this information to me before accepting the job. I cannot provide illegal work to my client therefore I need a refund in order to redevelop this website. I have sent a message to support but is this the best way to go about doing it? The seller has now blocked me.
  8. I'm a Bangladeshi citizen by birth. And i'm proud of my country. I'm a professional freelancer. At the beginning of my job, I've realized that there are many buyers ignore a seller just for being new or Bangladeshi. I would like to draw your kind attention to fact that there is about 27% of the totall freelancers are Bangladeshi. Statistics proves that we're in the 8th position around the world. So, there is no scope of avoiding Bangladeshi freelancers. Because most of them are industrious, skillful, sincere and creative to their job. so, I assure you all that you don't have to feel any hasitation at the time of hiring a Bangladeshi freelancers to perform your job. Even If he/she is a new seller, then you can hire him/her. Because there has an experienced guider behind a new Bangladeshi freelancer. And this guider assists in their every step. Thank you.
  9. I received a link from buyer (hacker) and that was malware which I didn't get at that time So I opened that in my laptop. And right after that hacker hacked my system and fiverr account and placed 4 orders from my balance. As this is unusual activity Fiverr immediately disabled my account temporarily and takes the access from me and cancelled all the order which hacker did to multiple seller I contact fivver and tell them full situation and they already knew that my account got compromised. So they asked me to verify my details like Payoneer I'd numbers. Last 4 orders amount and later they asked me to verify identity which I did, and my identity is verified NOW. I am able to login in my account but I am still getting account disabled notification. My question is is there anyone who experienced same in past and how much time Fiverr support takes to reactivate accounts like this? It's been 48 hours and Fiverr support didn't replied me so I am worried now about my gigs as they were ranked on 1st page so I don't want to lose my page ranking I will be very thankful if someone give me right answer?
  10. Are sellers in Fiverr safe? Incase of any assistance do the sellers get adequate support here? I have booked a complain here 4.5 months ago, but still didn't get any support from Fiverr. I think it's a matter of concern for sellers to work in a secured way world wide.
  11. Hello experts, My account was deactivate on 19 July. According to fiverr, As my request fiverr deactivated my account. But didn't do. On the other hand I had balance on fiverr, So its not possible to be deactivated by myself. On 21 july, I've got back my account. But I didn't get balance. As fiverr report I withdraw balance 19 july. But I didn't do. And according to my payoneer I Withrow balance on 6 july. My all order has been canceled and order complication rate is down towards.. My Password has been changed. I'm not able to change password, When I send reset request from "forget password". I don't get any mail. Please help me. in this situation , What can I do.   12. Hello! So I started Fiverr a few months ago and my first ever client made my currently biggest order of 75$ to set-up game servers. I got all the information that I needed and started on the gig. Now, it was a larger order as there were basically 4 separate orders in one so I spent quite a bit of time on it. The order itself was pretty straight forward and it was related to tech, there was absolutely no subjective work in it. I just needed to set-up something for him and there was nothing about design or anything which could cause me an issue. I gave him the order and kept him updated at every stage, he didn't reply but I still did it. I finished the 5 day order in like 3 days and I sent it to him. After like just over 2 days, he requested for a revision. I was s bit surprised as I had checked everything and it was working perfectly before I sent it to him, but I went and checked it again and like before, it worked properly. There were no issues. I recorded everything and I sent him the video. It clearly showed everything working and its not possible for it to be not clear. KEEP IN MIND HE DID NOT GET ON AND TRY TO CONTACT ME AT ANY POINT AFTER THE GIG REQUIREMENTS. After 2 more days, he asked for another revision. I contacted Fiverr support to which they said that they can't force customers to buy a gig if they are unsatisfied. I explained to them that the order has been delivered and he is already using it, there aren't any issues with my order. I gave him everything he needed. The support agent sent another email saying how this is what freelancing is and the customer isn't satisfied. THE CUSTOMER IS USING WHAT I PROVIDED HIM and this is an extremely objective gig, there is nothing for him to be not satisfied in. I gave the support agent all the proof he needed and I asked him to check my chats with him because the customer wasn't responding to any of my messages. I don't know what to do know as I already spent my time and money on this and Fiverr support is being extremely unhelpful. There is nothing for him to be unhappy about. EDIT: This was a custom order which almost all my orders are, I did not include any revisions as I always check and make sure my gigs are what I described and usually there is no need. Is there anyway I can limit revisions or make it paid revisions to stop future incidents?
