Ask the Community

A few years ago, I had a Fiverr account that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, the email tied to that account is also inactive now. 

The issue is that the mobile number I used for that old account is still linked to it, and now I can't use it on my new Fiverr account. 😕Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there any way to get the number released so I can use it again? Also, what kind of verification does Fiverr ask for in cases like this? 

Would appreciate any guidance or shared experiences. Thanks in advance!
