Hey, my first time using this, but here we go:


One customer booked one of my Gigs and paid extra 25$ for the fast 2-days-delivery.
 I send him the sketch first, he was happy with it. So I finished it IN TIME and he told me he loves it, but wanted a small Revision. I did that right away.
 Suddenly he wants to cancel the order because "

Another artist had a better final product at a lower price point"

I would never give my customers a result when I think it looks "flat and lazy". Also the final picture looked as good as my other customers pictures in the gallery. Obviously I didn't accept the cancellation.
 
I wrote a Ticket, but they always take a time to answer. 

Does somebody have some experience with this kind of situation?

Customer was happy with the finished Gig, but still wants to cancel the order.
