Ask the Community

My team, Speed English Games and I have used Fiverr freelancer over the last 5 years to develop and promote educational game apps. Our grammar game Crushin' Verbs was published by us on Google P{lay Store. Subsequently a freelancer ('Mark') coded it for Apple store and offered to upload it to his Apple developer account. His conversion of the Unity program functioned well but he did not maintain his account. The app is now unavailable. This year, we secured a developer account for ourselves but Apple rejected our game app as it still exists in an 'unavailable' status on the former account (Mark Fiverr freelancer's account) Mark is still listed as a freelancer but does not respond to our requests to contact us and delete the app from is frozen (for lack of payment) account. I have not found any method to appeal to Fiverr management for help. This battle is now 3months old, without Mark deleted our app 4 years of work and great expense is lost to any iOS user, Suggestions please. We are panicked.
