Ask the Community

I’d like to share a recent experience and ask for some advice. 

I hired a designer who had approached me several times offering his services. Trusting Fiverr’s standards, I prepaid for a business plan.
 


 He only delivered half of a draft and promised to complete it after reviewing my materials. On 

, he confirmed that he would finish the work, but then disappeared and his account was deleted. 

The work was never completed, none of the promises were fulfilled, and I now have no way to contact the seller or resolve the situation directly. 

I’m sharing this post not to blame anyone, but to raise awareness and ask if anyone else has experienced something similar — and how I can get my money back so I can hire another professional to complete the work.
