Ask the Community

So I recently started using Fiverr. I had my account up for about a year doing graphics and whatnot. I finished this guy's order and wanted to pull my money off (it's only around $50, but i desperately need it). So after I wait this long period of time to be able to withdraw the money, I finally go and try to withdraw and come across an error. That error is the phone number I used to verify my information is now unable to be used (because I've been broke for a minute, not my phone is turned off), so now I'm trying to go to the process to change my phone number and it's asking me the security question of my elementary school. I've typed in EVERY possible option and it is not letting me in at all, so I can't remember what it could be at all (I'm thinking I misstyped the answer when I first set up the security question). I have NO way possible to pull this money off my account, I tried to ask the Fiverr BOT for help! I also been desperately trying to get help from Staff, I just don't have no clue what to do at all, my back is against the wall completely with this one, please help me.
