I'm a new illustrator and was hoping to get a few jobs to build my portfolio on Fiver, but all I seem to get since joining are scam messages? 

Particularly the scam where they tell me they're trying to order my gig but can't unless I give them my email. I've had about 10 of those in the last few days alone! It's really frustrating and makes me want to delete my account. 

Does this site actually work? All I get are scam messages
