I am new to selling on Fiverr, I have recently had scam orders but the last one seemed pretty real to me. By chat he told me that he needed my paypal email (I guess) to place the order (img 5), I gave it to him and then he told me to check the email and confirm the order. In the email I got a message (img 1) and a button for confirmation (at that time I did not notice the sender's email which looks fake now that I think about it), which opens the page of the img 2 (quite real), where by clicking on “receive” asks me for card details (img 3) which unfortunately I put, and then ask for the “card balance” (img 4) where I did not click on “submit”. 

I wanted to ask you if this is really a scam and if anyone has experienced something like this. In the “Billing history” tab I have nothing, as well as in the “active orders” part of the “seller dashboard”. I also didn't add a payment method (although it only lets me paypal) because I thought that I could add it later while the money was in “fiverr” so to speak. In MyBusiness>earnings I did add a payment method but it does not update in the payment methods tab. 

Sorry for the amount of text, but I would appreciate your advice. 

I'm being asked for my card balance to confirm an order payment.
