Hello, I spent a long time on fiverr but I have nver gotten an order here. A few days ago, a client messaged me and we got talking with a client until decision was made to purchase my services. We agreed on a custom order but I have been unable to a custom order.
 

 I also have this screenshot hanging over my dashboard page, even when I tap the activate account bar it does not change anything.
 
Does anyone have an idea what I can do to resolve over any of this issue?
