Ask the Community

I strongly need to know how to leave a tip for a freelancer without leaving a review, particularly after the order is already accepted by me and marked "done". I recognize when they go above and beyond (often), and it's important to me that people be fairly compensated for their time. 

However, I usually cannot/don't rate or review freelancers. Often the gig output isn't quite as useful as I hoped, but it's difficult to figure out if any problems were the seller's "fault" or caused by my bad communication -- I suspect it's often my communication, but I do not have time to figure that out when I'm in the middle of a project. I honestly don't think review systems like this are fair, so it's a complicated existential problem every single time for me. 

So, leaving a tip is important, and not leaving a review is pretty much non-negotiable. 

How can I leave a tip, without leaving a review, booking a new gig, or taking time to communicate again with the freelancer? 

Forcing me to spend extra time or do a review that doesn't seem fair is not fair to me or the freelancers, so please tell me how to do this. Thank you!
