I would appreciate some experienced input everyone. I had an order over the weekend, which the client cancelled without submitting requirement. Somehow, that implies the order had not officially started I believe. Prior to the cancellation, I had a brief chat with the client about how I was going to approach the task based on the details shared. Since they haven't submitted requirement, I thought I was never going to be affected adversely.
 Two days later, client came back, apologized and before I could even read the apology, reordered same gig and package. The order was completed this time. I reached out to Customer Support, and they confirmed my claims affirming that they have removed this canceled order. In their words, 

"Now, I reviewed your order and can see that there was no delivery sent by you and that the client indeed ordered the project again which you successfully completed, and they even tipped you for it. Therefore, I'd like to let you know that I removed this canceled order from impacting your Order Completion Rate.

Please note that when an order is removed from your Order Completion Rate, it is no longer included in your performance metrics at all."

However, my success score still has a NEGATIVE IMPACT

this is the first and only cancellation incident

 I have had so this is never about any other incident than this. My gig cancellation rate also shows 16% as at the time I'm posting this, I fear I might also have hidden metrics/impact from this cancellation that's still haunting my profile.
 
For anyone with similar experience, is this the way things would appear, or customer support has refused to do the right thing despite their admittance. I suspect the latter.
