Ask the Community

I always respond to clients as soon as I receive their messages, typically within one or two hours. The longest I've delayed to reply was 10 hours, and that only happened two or three times. However, my usual response time is within 1 or 2 hours. 

Recently, for the past 30 days, I haven't received any orders, even though a few clients have messaged me. I have responded to them nicely and tried to maintain good communication, but I don't understand why my response rate is decreasing. Just a month ago, my response rate was 100%, but now it's dropped significantly. It was 90% two weeks ago, then 80% a few days ago, and now it's down to 75% today. 

I am concerned that if this trend continues, I may have to leave this marketplace. After putting in so much effort to build my profile, I’m really at a loss as to what is happening. If you have any insights or answers, I would greatly appreciate your help.
