Ask the Community

I have tried to add local bank account through payoneer, but it take long time. that's why I ask Payoneer Customer support to cancel it and they cancel it in their end.

But I can't see option on Fiverr to Add Payoneer, it show "This payout method is pending approval." On the other had, Payoneer said they cancelled it completely.

And Payoneed said to contact Fiverr for further issues to add another Payout Method.

Please see in attachment what it showing on Fiverr and what said by Payoneer Support.

I chat with Fiverr support many times (9 days ongoing) but didn't get any solution yet.

Fiverr CS last reply in 9 days ago "I have forwarded your inquiry to the relevant team for further review. As soon as I receive an update I will let you know by following up on this ticket."

Really Frustrating, 9 days is long time to wait when I need emergency fund.
