Buyer took $410 from me and now I am waiting for Fiverr's help and collaboration. 

The buyer sold me the story. The buyer names

(id) saying that he wanted to buy some gift card for his/her cousin. (This gift card is basically a gift card with Cryptocurrency in it) 

After I bought for him, I told him that it went through. 

Then, later he ordered $400 worth of card. Now I have my crypto wallet so I suggested him if he orders and pay through Fiverr, I will send him the Crypto. 

Later, he tells me that it charged two times for some reason and tells me accept the cancel after he cancels. (It had to go through Resolution Center first I guess) So I accepted canceled for him. 

And he reorders it through fiverr. This time using my Gig. He orders, and I accepted. I paid him $400 and as soon as I pay him through crypto. He somehow was able to cancel the order without me having to approve. It didn't go to Resolution Center like I last time... 

Strangely, somehow he was able to cancel without even going to Resolution Center? How? 

Be aware of this guy! I am now waiting for Fiverr's assistance with this
