I am currently going through a nightmarish experience with a Fiverr seller who is supposed to be cloning my website. 

I was led to believe I was dealing with an individual but it is actually a company and an incompetent one at that. 

Fiverr have not been true to their word in that they say "We have got your back" and I have been left up the creek without a paddle. 

I have been polite and co-operative all the way through, but they haven't even bothered answering my last emails telling them that I am unable to get access to the staging site which is the work I have paid £335 for less £85 credit returned to my account, so £250. 

This is a saga - or should I say a farce - which has now been going on for three months where I have been forced to repeat the same questions over and over again without a proper answer to the point I am traumatised. I have only just realised that I thought I was speaking to a person but I wasn't, and they don't seem to know what they are doing or at least they pretend to. I have spoken to them twice by zoom and the second time the man I spoke to bearly spoke English. I suspect the repeated failure to respond is part of the ruse to get me to the point of walking away because I can't take it anymore. It certainly has made me ill. 

I am not sure what to do next. I would like to escalate the matter as I am a pensioner and this site is not a business but is funded out of my pension. I don't intend to allow them to get away with the scam which is - sadly - exactly what it is. 

I would be most grateful for any advice, please?
