I recently completed an order where my buyer was very happy with the work. However, after submitting their review, they accidentally left a 

 instead of 5 stars. When I politely reached out to confirm, they told me they thought they had rated 5 stars and even contacted Fiverr Support to change it. 

Unfortunately, Fiverr Support informed them that 

once both the buyer and seller submit their reviews, the rating cannot be changed

. I understand the review system is blind to keep things fair, but this situation is frustrating because the rating impacts my profile performance. 

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any possible way to request a review update, or should I just move on and focus on future orders? Any advice on handling this better in the future would also be appreciated!
