Ask the Community

I recently went through Fiverr’s verification process using the link provided. I uploaded my 

 driving license, ensuring that the details matched exactly, including the name and valid dates. However, the system rejected it, stating that my ID was not valid. 

 using another valid government-issued ID, but I encountered the same issue. Eventually, I received an email stating that I was not verified and could no longer sell on Fiverr.

, and losing access is devastating. I have already raised a 

 requesting manual verification but have yet to receive a response. 

Has anyone else faced this issue recently? How long did it take to resolve? Fiverr support is currently very slow, and I am extremely anxious about this situation. Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
