I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been a dedicated Fiverr freelancer for quite some time now, maintaining a 4.9-star rating and a strong record of positive client reviews. However, my account was recently restricted, and I’m reaching out here in hopes of gaining some guidance or insight. 

Here’s a brief summary of the situation: 

A client placed an order with me for $350 and requested a fast delivery. I completed the order within the requested timeframe. 

During the order process, due to a communication gap, the client filed a charge-back through their bank, believing there was an issue. 

After the order was completed, the client admitted it was a misunderstanding and even asked me to create a new order so they could pay again. 

I reached out to Fiverr Support for guidance instead of taking any action myself. Unfortunately, my account was flagged and eventually restricted. 

I’ve contacted Fiverr Support multiple times, provided evidence of my conversation with the client, and clarified that I’ve always adhered to Fiverr’s guidelines. However, the support team has informed me that my account is restricted due to not meeting the criteria for delivering high-quality work – which doesn’t align with my performance history or the client’s satisfaction. 

This account means so much to me as it represents years of hard work and dedication. I would sincerely appreciate any advice, support, or suggestions on how to escalate this matter further or resolve it.
