Ask the Community

I have some orders from maybe a year ago that I need to redownload copies of because I got a new computer. 

These are files I've had and been using, they were paid for last year, the order was completed last year, but when I try to view or download them Fiverr starts to load a new page which then sits perpetually blank and never downloads. What do I do to get my files? 

Edit: Trying different browsers, one stated that each order has an error of "No File"
