Ask the Community

I contacted support over 5 days ago because I received a message through the professions function that I needed to verify myself. So, I did that with my ID and a selfie. Ten seconds later, I received a message saying that my account was restricted, and I had 14 days to contact support. Since then, I haven’t received any further messages, and I’ve had no orders at my gig, where I used to get 5-10 sales a week for over 3 years. 

It seems that support is completely ignoring me, or is no longer available. The bot just rejects me and doesn't help. What should I do now? Does anyone have any tips? I feel like I’ve been unfairly punished. I just wanted to verify myself, even though I had already done so, and I also wanted to do it for my professional role.
